Welcome to the LinkedIn advertising section of the platform! Publishing new ad campaigns and overseeing the results regularly is a great way to reach out to end-users π
To open the section :
Navigate to Campaign in the left menu
Select LinkedIn advertising
The LinkedIn advertising section contains 7 tabs : overview, accounts, campaign groups, campaigns, ads, audiences and forms and is built in 2 modules : the LinkedIn connector and the LinkedIn for channel.
The LinkedIn connector module
LinkedIn ads are an important part of campaigns. Retrieving the data and linking it to the campaigns you are running with Channext is essential. As most campaign managers are used to run campaigns through LinkedIn, we decided to build the LinkedIn connector module. It allows you to keep working on LinkedIn to run the ads but to link the data to Channext so that you can easily check the results of your campaigns. π
This module is attributed automatically to vendors and marketing agencies. The other module, LinkedIn for channel, is only available on request as it demands a lot of expertise and instruction.
Even if there are seven tabs in the section, only 5 matter when using the connector module : overview , accounts, campaign groups, campaigns and ads.
Let's have a look at them! β¬οΈ
Overview
All information regarding ad campaigns can be found in the Overview tab. You can navigate through the different campaigns within the tab, as well as search, filter and open extra information pop ups about the data.
Accounts
This is where you can connect your LinkedIn account to the platform. π
β You'll first need to connect with a personal LinkedIn account and then select the ad account(s) you'll be working with on Channext.
Campaign groups
The campaign group overview is the first thing that loads in once you connected ad accounts. You'll find here all campaign groups from the connected LinkedIn ad account(s) that are shown.
Tip : You can filter on ad account and status or write down a part of the title can help you to quickly find the campaign group you are looking for. π
This tab is also where you'll be able to link campaign groups to a Channext campaign. You can do that by selecting a vendor β‘οΈ click on the Find vendor button. A dropdown with all the available campaigns from this vendor will appear.
By clicking on the view details button you can see more details such as budget, run time or participating partners.
When partners are connected to a campaign the number of linked partners will be shown in a table like above. Clicking on the View partners it will open a modal with partner information.
Leads
Lead must be imported manually. Once this is done, the number of leads in the table will be clickable and open the leads modal. The leads modal will display all imported leads for the campaign as well as how many. If some leads weren't imported a ! icon will be displayed indicating the number of leads that still need to be imported.
Campaigns
The Campaigns tab gives you more details about campaigns.
β You can click on the Find partner button to select a partner the campaign is generating leads for. This allows you to lead back leads and other statistics data to partners. Statistic information is linked to a partner when changing the partner the statistic data will be updated to reflect the change.
Ads
It's all in the name! π This tab provides you with information about ads.
β Clicking on the Ad name or the View details button gives you specific data as well as a preview.
