The Alliance Campaign feature allows you to create an alliance relationship with vendors of your choice and to share and collectively edit the content of this campaign. These campaigns help you increase the engagement and reach of your campaigns. Some of the biggest benefits of alliance campaigns are that partners are encouraged to connect to new vendors to participate it these campaigns, and an increase of reach and engagement follows.
How do you create an alliance campaign?
We distinguish between two types of vendors:
Initiator vendor - The vendor that initiates this campaign and invites the other vendors to join.
Alliance vendor - The vendors invited by the initiator vendor are the alliance vendors.
The creation process:
A Channext admin creates an ‘Alliance relationship’ between the Initiator vendor and Alliance vendor(s)
The Initiator vendor creates a campaign and selects the alliance vendors
Alliance vendors receive an alliance campaign invitation and should all accept
All vendors can add content to the alliance campaign and provide feedback on each other's content.
The Alliance campaign can be scheduled for participating partners connected to all the vendors of the alliance campaign.
In order to get to the alliance campaign attribute page , the initiator vendor needs to select at least one vendor in the alliance vendor field. The page will extend with a block for each alliance vendor in which the initiator vendor needs to select at least one alliance campaign manager.

Accepting an Alliance Campaign
⇒ The alliance vendor can view the general campaign settings and edit their own settings: workspace, alliance campaign manager and partner status. They have three options:
Accept - they can accept the campaign which will make them one of the participating vendors (If all alliance vendors have accepted, the campaign can be scheduled by the initiator vendor/campaign owner)
Reject - if they reject the campaign, the initiator vendor will get a notification that the alliance vendor does not approve. The initiator vendor can archive the campaign or make changes and resent the alliance campaign invite. In the case of the second option all the alliance vendors need to accept the campaign again.
Cancel - they can cancel their session, nothing will happen, their changes will not be saved.
Campaign assets
👉 All participating campaign owners and managers have the rights to add content to the campaign and provide feedback on each others assets. The campaign content page shows which vendor has created the campaign.
👉 The initiator vendor can start adding content after the campaign is saved and the Alliance vendor can add content after the approval of the alliance campaign.
👉 The end user will be redirected to the landing page of the vendor that created the social posts
👉 Both vendors will see the conversions
Congratulations! You now know how to create and manage Alliance Campaigns
