The leads need to be manually exported from LinkedIn and uploaded on the platform.
Let's have a look at these two steps together ⬇️
Step 1) Export the leads from LinkedIn
Go to your LinkedIn Campaign manager page
Select the ad you want to export leads from and click on Export
Select leads reports and hit on Export
The leads are exported! 🎉
Step 2) Upload the leads on the platform
Navigate to Campaigns
Select to LinkedIn Advertising
Click on the Upload leads button in the Overview tab as shown below
You'll then be able to drop in the csv.file that you just exported from LinkedIn
A window will pop up with fields to fill in.
Map the fields with the Channext form keys
Hit the Upload button
Congrats! You have successfully uploaded the leads. 👍
Note: All the leads that are uploaded will be assigned to the campaign and partner that were selected before.
