How to give feedback on content

Content is ready, whoop whoop πŸ™Œ

But before it is published on your partners' channels, let's review it together. The feedback chat in the content section will give you a chance to add comments on the assets we prepared.

Let us show you how easy it is to preview content and give feedback.


Step 1) Preview the content

  • Log in

  • Select Campaign in the left menu and choose Overview. You'll then be able to find the campaign that we prepared for you.

  • Hit the View button and all the traffic generators associated with this campaign will appear : banners, socials, news posts, landing pages, ads.

  • Click on Preview to check out the asset you're interested in.


Step 2) Give feedback

Once the preview opens, a feedback chat session will appear on the right side of your screen.

➑️ Type in your feedback and assign it to somebody using @ so the task gets picked up as soon as possible.

  • Please use a new message for every feedback task. This way, each task will have its own status in the comment overview and we'll be able to work on them separately.

Once you're done with an asset, move on to the next one! πŸ˜„


Have you checked all the assets?

- Banners

- Social posts

- News posts

- Landing pages

Open the Feedback items tab to see all the feedback and the status of the tasks :
