Content Feedback Changes 💬

With this new release, content feedback comments will now be linked to specific asset languages. For instance, if you leave a comment on French content, that comment will only be visible when the French language is selected. This change will not affect old comments, which will remain visible at all times regardless of the selected language.

Additionally, a new comment status filter has been added with three selectable options: 'to do,' 'in progress,' and 'done.' This new filter allows you to sort and view comments based on their respective statuses. For example, if you wish to see comments you have not yet addressed, you can select 'to do.'

CRM for your channel 🤝

Contacts, companies and opportunities instead of leads.

No more leads. What?? In the Channext platform incoming leads are now saved in a CRM structure, which means whenever an end user leaves their details, this data is stored as a contact and company. This is how it works:

  • Contacts A new item in everyone’s sidebar. This is where end-user information ends up. A conversion for a form will create a new contact, but also leads generated through LinkedIn or Facebook campaigns show up here! The big difference is, one user can now have multiple conversions. This way it is easier to see when an end user has multiple touch points.

  • Companies Company data for a lead is stored separately, based on the domain the company and contacts are mapped together! This way it is easier to find and manage your contacts form the same company.

  • Opportunities The opportunities pipeline is managed by vendors in the platform. When activated it allows partners and vendors to collaborate on opportunities. Contacts and companies are linked to the opportunity so a full overview of the history and touch points of a prospect are all connected.

  • Pipelines These opportunities need to be stored and managed somewhere, Vendors can create pipelines with custom stages to manage and oversee the opportunities in the pipeline.

  • Field management The final big addition is that contacts, companies, and opportunities all can be enhanced with custom fields. This way you have all you need right on the Channext platform. Partners manage their own fields, and don’t have access to vendor fields and vice versa.

  • Together with this field management change, the way we create forms for landing pages is also changed. Forms are now linked to the fields available in field management. If new form fields are needed they must be managed through field management.
