New campaigns, social posts, leads, registration, feedback... There are several occasions on which you receive a notification via email when working on the platform. You might find it very useful or too much. That is why we give you the possibility to choose what kind of information you'll get in your inbox.
Let's dive in how to manage your mail preferences. 👇
Activate or deactivate notifications
You may select which messages you'll receive in the notification tab:
Select Settings in the left menu
Click on the Notification tab
Choose which notifications you want to receive
Hit the Save preferences button
That's it! You won't receive unwanted emails anymore yay 🎉
🚩 Note: You can also access your notification dashboard by clicking on the Change email settings link at the bottom of emails sent by Channext.
