To make your experience even more convenient, we offer three different sign-in options.
Three Sign-In Options
1. The classic email and password
You can create a Channext account by simply providing your email address and setting up a personalised password.
This is a familiar method that allows you to have unique login credentials for your account!
2. More of a Microsoft fan?
Thanks to our integration with Microsoft's authentication system, you are free to sign in using your Microsoft account credentials.
Enjoy the convenience and security of the Microsoft account for access!
3. Last but not least: Google Account
If you are more of a Google workspace person, sign in using your Google account credentials!

Important Note for Microsoft Login: Please be aware that Channext's Microsoft login is exclusively for organizational accounts. Private Microsoft accounts (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com) are not compatible. If you have such accounts, please select an alternative sign-in method.
Switching Login Methods
Email and Password: If you originally registered with your email and password, you can easily transition to any of our SSO methods whenever you prefer
Google and Microsoft Login: If you initially chose Google or Microsoft login and wish to switch to another method, please contact our support team for assistance.
