Co-branded social posts (for vendors)

How co-branded social posts work for your partners, and what you control as the vendor.

Written by Partner Success Team

Co-branded social posts make it easy to share your content with your partners' branding automatically included. These posts help boost your partners' visibility and credibility — without any extra work on their end. When you enable this feature for a post, your partners automatically receive it with their logo added, ready for them to publish in one click.

What is the co-branding feature?

Co-branding means your partner's logo is added to a social post you create. Your partners will see a Co-branded tag on any post that includes their logo, and they can preview how it looks before it goes live.

  • Co-branded posts are designed to feel more personal and relevant to your partner's audience

  • They increase your partner's brand recognition while keeping your message intact

  • They require no extra work from you once your partner has uploaded their logo

How it works

  • You choose to activate co-branding per social post

  • If co-branding is enabled, Channext automatically adds your partner's uploaded logo to the post, in a position you decide

  • Your partner will see a Co-branded label in their calendar and post preview

  • If everything looks good, your partner doesn't need to do anything — the post will go out like that!

  • Your partner can disable co-branding at any time using the toggle in their post preview or social post edit page

When it doesn't apply

Your partner won't see a co-branded post if:

  • You haven't enabled the feature in general, or for that specific post

  • Your partner hasn't uploaded a logo in their Settings > Company data section

  • Your partner manually turned off co-branding for that specific post

💡 Tip: Let your partners know that if they want all future co-branded posts to include their logo, they need to upload it in their settings.

How partners can turn off co-branding for a post

If a partner wants to disable co-branding for just one post, they can:

  1. Click Edit on the social post to open the edit page

  2. Select the social pages they want to update

  3. Toggle off the Co-branding switch

  4. Click Save

The post will still be published, but without their logo.

How partners can turn off co-branding completely

If a partner prefers not to receive any co-branded posts at all, they can:

  1. Go to Settings in their sidebar

  2. Open the Company branding tab

  3. Uncheck the box Enable co-branding for social posts

  4. Click Save preferences

✅ Their logo will no longer be added to any future social posts
✅ They'll still receive your posts, just without co-branding

Co-branded social posts are a simple way to help your partners boost their brand while sharing your professional, ready-to-go content. When your partner's logo is uploaded and co-branding is enabled, personalized posts are ready for them to publish with no extra steps.

❓ FAQ

Where does my partner upload their logo?
They go to Settings from their sidebar and then the Company data tab.

Can my partner turn co-branding off?
Yes! In their post preview or edit page, they'll see a toggle to disable co-branding for any post.

Do all my partners receive co-branded posts?
Not automatically. Only partners who've uploaded a logo and kept co-branding enabled will receive posts with their branding.

What if a partner doesn't like how their logo looks in the post?
They can disable co-branding for that post, or update their logo in their settings.

Can I control where my partner's logo appears in the image?
Yes — you decide the logo's position when you create the post.

What happens if my partner turns off co-branding for a post?
The post will still be published, but without their logo. The image and message stay the same — only the logo is removed.
